By checking that I agree below and submitting this application: I pledge to commit my time and energy as a community representative, to conduct myself as a good citizen of the Sedalia area and to support the Chamber of Commerce.

I understand that I will be required to purchase, for the Ambassador Uniform, one name tag and one seal at the current price of $35.00 (Payment is required in advance of printing.) The cost of the uniform is also my responsibility.I agree to these terms.
