Sedalia Chamber and Visitors Bureau

As a Blue Ribbon Community, we seek the strongest, most qualified persons to lead our community, local businesses, and local government.  We need strong leadership more today than ever before to deal effectively with the critical issues facing our community such as cultural diversity, educational needs, political issues, economic development, healthcare, and social services.  Yet in the face of these issues and the need for more leaders, it is sometimes challenging to find those willing to stand up and take on these challenges.  Today we are asking you to take our challenge.  We are asking you to make a difference in our community.  We are asking you to step up and expand your involvement in our community through the Chamber’s Leadership Sedalia Program.  

The program is designed to help participants: build and develop leadership skills, identify ways to become involved in our community, learn to network with other emerging leaders representing a cross-section of our community, and increase awareness of critical issues facing Sedalia.  

Economically priced at $500 (only $50 per session), the ten sessions of Leadership Sedalia are a great opportunity for businesses and organizations to orientate new employees and members into Sedalia.
