Permits and Inspections

Demolition - prior to removal of any structure. Preparation of a site plan and construction drawing. Three to seven days for review by building official and all relevant city departments. If approved a permit will be issued with fee based on the cost of construction schedule established by the city council. Permit fee is due upon issuance of permit.

Some permits for work such as repair, replacement, and installation on a building plan are issued without delay. Fee based on rate schedule established by city council. Plumbing work subject to inspection.
